Upon arrival, Sailors should inform restaurant management of any allergies and make sure their servers are aware before ordering anything. Virgin Voyages Staff handles everything with great care and will make sure the kitchen is informed of all allergies. The kitchen will make substitutions when possible or point you in the direction of a safe menu item.
The VV Crew is trained on allergies and to properly handle food during preparation and service. However, Virgin Voyages' kitchens are not allergen-free environments and there are potential instances of cross contamination. If Sailors have a true allergy, the Crew should be informed at each interaction.

Gunbae has many dishes prepared with fish and may want to be avoided, however, there are recipes within ALL restaurants that have potential allergens in their prep areas and those areas are not allergen free environments. The VV Crew should be informed at each interaction.
The Galley's kitchens are not allergen free environments. It's best for the Sailor to seek a manager upon arrival for guidance.
Shelf stable snacks such as chips, protein bars, candy, etc. and other items in packaged/sealed wrappers are permitted onboard. No fresh items such as meats and fruits are permitted.
No feather products are used in any rooms.
