ALTITUDE TIPS
It can take the body some time to adjust to being at high altitude if you are not used to it. Taking a low dose aspirin the week leading up to the trip + during the trip can alleviate some of the symptoms of altitude adjustment.
Also be prepared to need more water to stay hydrated and more/stronger sunscreen to stay protected from the strength of the sun at altitude.
