Africa Heli Adventures offers several helicopter experiences from Sarara, ranging from short morning excursions to a full-day expedition. All flights are based from the Laikipia/Samburu/Rift Valley region.
Suguta — Full Day (Best Selling)
A full-day journey through one of Kenya's most remote and dramatic landscapes. Fly over towering cliffs, jagged rock formations, and the salt pans of Lake Logipi — a photographer's paradise. Takeoff 7:30am, return ~4:00pm.
Suguta — Half Day
A shorter version over the Great Rift Valley, offering unique aerial views of rugged terrain, vast plains, and meandering riverbeds. Takeoff 7:30am, return 12:30pm.
Mount Kenya Scenic
Scenic circuit of Kenya's most iconic mountain, landing at Lake Alice for breakfast and fishing. Panoramic views of lush forests and rugged slopes. Takeoff 6:30am, return 12:30pm.
Reteti Scenic
Fly to Reteti Elephant Sanctuary for a visit with the keepers and baby elephants. Takeoff 6:30am, return 11:00am.
Breakfast Scenic
Morning flight over the Laikipia landscape, landing along the Ewaso River for breakfast in the wilderness. Takeoff 7:30am, return 10:30am.
Sundowner Scenic
Afternoon flight culminating in sundowners on an isolated kopje as the sun sets over the Laikipia landscape. Takeoff 4:30pm, return 6:45pm.
