What does my Summit at Sea ticket include?
Ticket prices vary based on your selected accommodations, but each ticket is all-inclusive of the Summit at Sea experience:

Accommodation for Wednesday May 17 for EARLY ACCESS TICKET HOLDERS ONLY
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & pop-up food and beverage experiences
Access to all programming and activations, including speakers, music, entertainment, and health and wellness offerings (private spa treatments, dry cleaning, and incidentals such as retail purchases and casino activity are not included)
When can I get on/off the ship for Summit at Sea?
Embarkation (On-Boarding)
Wednesday May 17, 2023 (EARLY ACCESS ONLY) - 4pm to 8pm
Thursday May 18, 2023 - 10am to 5pm (late check-in by appointment only between 5-6pm)

Sunday May 21, 2023: 8am to 11am (you can leave the ship at your own discretion between these hours)
Best to provide 30-45 minutes from ship departure to arrival at Miami Airport (MIA)
Best to provide 60-75 minutes from ship departure to arrival at Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL)
When does programming begin for Summit at Sea?
Wednesday May 17, 2023 (EARLY ACCESS ONLY)
Meet Up Happy Hours will begin at 6pm, dinner will run from 6-10pm, and after dinner music will begin at 9pm

EARLY ACCESS ONLY Wellness programs will begin at 8am
EARLY ACCESS ONLY Talks will begin at 10am
Programming for registrants who DO NOT have Early Access will begin by 11:30am
Do I need my passport for Summit at Sea?
YES YOU WILL NEED A PASSPORT TO BOARD THE SHIP. All Non-US citizens must have the appropriate Visas for visiting the United States
** Please note all passports need be valid for 6 months from time of travel

Do I need to be Covid-19 vaccinated for Summit at Sea?
In keeping in line with the rest of the travel industry, our cruise partner (Virgin Voyages) has removed vaccine requirements beginning 10/28/22.
Do I need to be Covid-19 tested for Summit at Sea?
In keeping in line with the rest of the travel industry, our cruise partner (Virgin Voyages) has removed testing requirements beginning 10/28/22.
While all Sailors no longer require COVID-19 testing prior to their embarkation date, should a Sailor exhibit signs or symptoms of an illness during check-in (or during their voyage), Virgin Voyages reserves the right to test that Sailor and their traveling companion(s) for COVID-19 at the terminal (or on board), and will cover the testing fees.
*All Covid-19 policies are subject to change per CDC, the state of Florida, and/or Dade County.
What should I pack for Summit at Sea?
Pack for warm, sunny weather and breezy nights. Note that while the outdoor areas are warm, the cruise ship is air conditioned so please bring layers. We suggest packing the clothes that make you the most comfortable. However, anything goes - so bring what makes you feel your best! PACK LIGHT! A weekend bag is best.

Will there be WiFi on the ship?
There will be an internet lounge onboard that can be accessed 24/7 for internet use. There will also be a cell phone service platform (Cellular at Sea) available. Following is day to day overview of connectivity:
