Summit is following many of the global outdoor events + travel company guidelines. Based on the variants and the science to date, our protocols are as follows:
All Summit staffers are mandated to be vaccinated.
All attendees must arrive with proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival
Our entire event is outside with the exception of going inside to get breakfast and lunch, however, seating is all outside.
We will follow all state protocols for masks indoors.
Required Vaccination Status for those in Shared Rooms - Per our protocols, we will need to obtain the vaccination status of all attendees sharing rooms so that we can best pair people and ensure everyone is comfortable with their roommate selection.
What Do I Pack?
Be sure to check the weather before arriving and pack accordingly for high altitude fall weather conditions. You want to bring quality hiking and athletic shoes, backpacks, water bottles. A winter jacket, gloves, and beanie are also advised for evening camp fires.
