When does programming begin & end?

Registration begins at 2pm on Day 1

Programming begins at 4pm on Day 1

Welcome dinner begins at 7:30pm on Day 1

Farewell breakfast will conclude by 11am on Day 5

Is there electricity in the tents?

Just like camping, there are no outlets in the tent which means no mini fridge or coffee maker. However, there are battery powered fans & lanterns with USB plugs so you can charge at least 2 cell phones. If you need a powered battery for a CPAP or medical device just let us know in advance of your stay, so that we can request one.

What Do I Pack?

Be sure to check the weather before arriving and pack accordingly for high desert weather conditions. You want to bring quality hiking and athletic shoes, backpacks, water bottles, and a solar USB charging bank. Rain jackets are also advised, just in case! But not to worry, tents are fully weatherized and are capable of handling common rainstorms!

Will There Be Wifi / Cell Phone Reception?

Cellular service for Verizon & AT&T are 3-4 bars LTE

Wifi Connectivity will be very limited for the duration of this excursion.
