Will flagship events be as large as they used to be?

We are committed to launching our most diverse portfolio of events to date. While larger events will continue to be part of our event calendar, there will be a higher volume of more intimate events and excursions going forward.

What is Summit’s Covid-19 mitigation plan for future events?

Summit is following many of the global outdoor events + travel company guidelines.

Based on the variants and the science to date, our protocols are as follows:

  1. All Summit staffers are mandated to be vaccinated.

  2. All attendees must arrive with proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival

  3. Our entire event is outside with the exception of going inside to get breakfast and lunch, however, seating is all outside.

  4. We will follow all state protocols for masks indoors.

What are the rules for shared rooms going forward?

Summit will ask attendees who choose to purchased a shared room ticket to disclose if they have been vaccinated.

Will Summit require vaccination to attend future events?

At this time, we are requiring a negative PCR test within 72 hours prior to arrival.
