HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY MEMBERSHIP BEGINS AND ENDS?

Membership runs on an annual cycle that begins the day you join. Your membership renews automatically with the method of payment on file every year on the anniversary of the day you joined (referred to as your “renewal date”).

All details regarding your Summit Membership account can be found in the billing section of your summit.co account. From here, you can also make changes to your account, such as canceling your renewal or updating your billing information.

DOES MY MEMBERSHIP RENEW? HOW DOES THAT WORK?

Membership runs on an annual cycle that begins the day you join. Your membership renews automatically with the method of payment on file every year on the anniversary of the day you joined (referred to as your “renewal date”).

If you do not want to renew your Summit Membership, you must cancel your renewal preferences 30 days before the date of your renewal. Your renewal preferences can be accessed in the billing section of your Summit ID account, which can be accessed from your web browser. Note that billing and renewal information is not available in the mobile app.

If you fail to cancel your renewal before your renewal date, then your membership will be renewed automatically without a refund. No exceptions will be made.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUMMIT MEMBERSHIP?

Your participation in Summit Membership is voluntary. You can choose to cancel your membership at any time through the billing section of your Summit ID account, accessed through a web browser. Note that billing and renewal information is not available in the mobile app.

Should you cancel your Summit Membership before your renewal date, you will retain all access and benefits through the end of your current annual cycle. No refund will be provided for canceling your membership before the end of your year. No exceptions will be made.

CAN I PAUSE MY SUMMIT MEMBERSHIP?

Your Summit Membership cannot be put on hold or paused during a cycle. If you need to pause your participation, then you can let your membership expire or cancel your renewal.

Summit Membership fees are non-refundable.
