What are the cancellation terms for 2021 + 2022 events ?

Summit is doing all that we can to safely bring our community back together and share, learn, dance and play. Due to the economics and cancellation insurance limitations, we will not be able to issue cash refunds for any future event cancellations. We do respect and appreciate the difficulties of making long term plans at this time, and the following future event credit terms apply:

  • If you cancel 60+ days prior to the event, we will convert 100% of the price you paid for your ticket into a future event credit

  • If you cancel 30-59 days prior to the event, we will convert 50% of the price you paid for your ticket into a future event credit

  • If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, we will not be able to provide you with any future event credit and your ticket will be forfeited.

Can I transfer my registration to an approved attendee who is willing to take my spot?

Per our cancellation policy, tickets are strictly non-transferable.

What if I register for / apply my credit to an event that ends up getting postponed?

You will receive priority to transfer your ticket to our next possible event gathering.

I am trying to register for one of the events listed on your site, but I do not seem to have an active invitation to do so. Can you help me?
